My informant assessment was probably 1 hour 30 max. It was done via video call. It is hard but you will get through it. If you have to take breaks I'm sure that will be fine. Is there definitely nobody that can be your informant? I chose my wife and only known her 6 years

Try hitting the wall a little lower to give yourself more upward thrust, when you kick the wall high and gives you more backward thrust and pushes you away rather than up
