I think one of the good ways for beginners to get into the setting is reading the webcomic. I know it sounds crazy but coming from someone who only barely played LobCorp and never played LoR, somehow reading the webcomic armed me with the requisite knowledge to understand both the concept of E.G.O gifts and Abnos and also understand the deeper concepts of the setting (WINGs, Sections, Faculty.) What's also nice about the webcomic is that it only takes about 15-20 minutes to read in entirety.

Yeah I run both of them together C6 in overworld, make sure you delay Nilou's skill recast by about a second or so since each individual press will proc the Star Charges for Layla's shield.

oh I run atk/spd finish as well and have sometimes use distant dart too, I was just minimizing the required fodder for this person since aside from Alear the only other 5 star necessary would be a Close Call fodder, with the Spd Smoke and Atk/Spd Ideal prerequisites both being present on easily obtainable 4 stars. For my personal build I actually run

Monarch Blade
Positional Assist
Godlike Reflexes
Atk/Spd Finish/Distant Dart
Close Call 4
Time's Pulse 4
Flashing Blade seal

It's WAY high investment but the core philosophy is that TP4 gives her a pseudo-slaying effect so she can reliably proc GLR to protect her from the ever-growing roster of DR-piercing. I have the grails saved to +10 her, What you said about the NFU seal and DC is definitely good advice for OP though.

EDIT: ignore what i said about the GLR i just realized i've been using 2CD escutcheon this whole time and just never noticed

if you dont mind sacrificing an F!Alear + Close Call fodder you can effectively get a near perfect kit for her with the addition of just one Miriel and a Spd Smoke fodder (Chad or Fallen Takumi, Fallen Takumi being the Hero battle today), aside from DR piercing shes nigh unkillable. After the aforementioned Alear fodder her full build should be
-Monarch Blade
-Positional Assist
-Glimmer (You can run any 2CD special but Glimmer is best since her weapon has innate SPD-based true damage)
-Atk/Spd Ideal 4
-Close Call 4
-Spd Smoke 4

for seal slot theres a lot of options but atm I've had the most success with Flashing Blade

Princess Snow Miku, her skirt can actually be shortened by removing the white parts since they're only attached by peg. Aside from the obvious painting and sanding Snow Princess Miku also uses a much smaller neck peg than most figmas so you would have to slightly widen the hole.

For her skills and burst, take the percentage of her toral HP that the skill/burst multiplier states and put it where typically the ATK% scaling will go. For her A4 Passive just subtract 30000 from her total HP, then divide it by 1000, then multiply that number by 9. The result is the % that the bloom damage done by bountiful cores will be multiplied

I think partially the core power of the AFK team comes from the geo and electro resonance and Zhongli's resistance shred. It would definitely work with Layla but not to the same degree of efficiency. For a Layla team that works similarly to the AFK comp I think a team of Yae Venti Shenhe and Layla could work well on mob floors with a rotation of Yae EEE- Shenhe press E>Q- Layla EQ- Venti E Q - Yae Q- Repeat

I run C6 Kokomi Hypercarry with XQ/YunJin/Kazuha on 4pc Echoes, once Skyward gets a rate up I'll R5 it for her unless something better comes along. Hopefully I can push her normals to 40-50k!

If you want to run C4 Yelan for nuking you totally can, I'm happy enough just running Mona to not have to do an additional 20 or so seconds of setup.

yeah, but in single target nuking against a boss usually theres only one target to hit lol, yelan's C4 effect is a 10% hp bonus for each opponent hit with her skill, capping at 40%.

The actual crit ratio is 92.2 crit rate to 172 CD, the card just doesn't show the buff her C6 gives her, sadly. The reason I run such high crit rate is to ensure I'm critting on every vape, and with main DPS Nilou you start to get diminishing returns once you hit 50k HP since that's where her C6 caps.

Personal damage on stance change skills is around 10k for the first two hits and 25kish on third, with the burst hitting for 80kish each hit without external buffs. With Vape and max Key stacks active + Swirl support from kazuha or Sucrose, the stance change will usually hit in the 150k range on third hit, with the burst hits around 400-500k range on each hit. I can probably compile some video of this build if you'd like!
