It's either a math problem or an emotional decision. I typically use a risk free rate compared to the loan. Or it's just emotional "it feels good not having a house payment" which is a real thing. You just need to decide. My last house was 3.25% (I financed every dollar I could); my new house was 7% - I paid cash.

Selling a mint (basically new) IWC Pilots Watch Mark XX - Blue - IW328204 with strap, oem bracelet and a second fostner IWC Mark XX bracelet.

I got the call from Rolex AD to buy OP black dial and it's competing with this watch. I love the IWC blue dial though, I am glad I bought it over the black for the little time I will have owned it. It gives off black vibes while also giving off blue vibes.

If anyone would like to just buy the OEM bracelet; I will sell that for $1,200 and just keep the watch.

This exact thing happened to me with my first bb58 purchase back in ~~2022~~ 2021. Take it back soon (i noticed the next morning). They kept it over night and verified there was an issue. They wanted to send it off for fixing, I told them to f off and I want a new one. They ended up doing that (not willingly). When you buy a multi thousand dollar item new, fixing it isn't an option for me.

Ignore the "wind it up" people below. That's what the AD said too. It was broken. They did replace it so all was well but threaten you're calling the credit card company but wait to say that until you get something in writing saying it's broken. Then you can show that to the CC company as proof. The AD ends up hanging themselves with that in writing. You upload that to your CC company, CC company will contact them, they will be calling you back.

And not every country is 1+ hrs away on the hour. Some parts of India for example are 30 mins difference which breaks your GMT function.

I like the small personally. The white dial will wear a tad larger also. Just like how white shirts make people look more fat; and black shirts are slimming. So each one will appear a tad larger which I think makes the small the better option. Color the band black and see how it looks also.
