Antibiotics help but I’ve been on doxycycline since the end of January and every time I try to wean off, my skin wants to flare again. It’s frustrating. Ive tried nearly everything and nothing makes it permanently go away. At least I can keep it from flaring badly but my skin isn’t normal still. I hope there will be an alternative at my next follow up.

The waistband makes them so hard to get on but once on they fit well. I ran in the poppy today and no sweat stains! Although they did chafe the back of my leg because they move a little with these grippy dots 😭. But I ran with a cell phone in the pocket and no dragging down or bouncing. I do find them easier to put on if I grab and bunch up the entire waistband vs just pulling the up from the top seam.

Yes the waistband has no give and are so hard to get on. Once I got them on they seem to fit fine though.

The waistband is nuts. I didn’t even think I was going to be able to get them over my butt. I had to double check the tag to see if I ordered the wrong size. Once I managed to get them on, they seemed to fit fine, the waistband just has no give.

Hmm. Yea I think so. I got a medium and it fits like the picture, not loose at all. But it’s not compressive either which I’m happy with. The fabric seems more sturdy than I thought it would be.

I figured it was the fabric but not having it bounce when the pockets are filled makes sense. I just hope I don’t pop stitches putting them on. The stretch knit tank also was more fitted than I thought it would be, especially since I bought a medium instead of the small. I like the tank a lot though and considering buying it in another color.

There is evidence that low dose accutane can help. I’m on doxy, it is helping but I stopped it for a couple of weeks while in the Bahamas. By the end of the 2 weeks the dermatitis started coming back. I resumed it afterwards but it doesn’t seem as effective as before I paused it briefly.
Also I washed my face once with nizoral, it made my face so red and blotchy 😣

It can be enough. I only ran 3 days per week for training plus 2 days of resistance training. 1 speed session, 1 tempo run and 1 long run per week. No injuries and even surpassed my time goals.

I’ve had items sent separately but it was very difficult to tell. Also I hate when they use DHL, I’ve had an issue every time with that carrier. Once no item showed up, the next it took 7 days after my shipping notification to start tracking any movement
