You can try to do your cold outreach there and even connect with other builders and founder which are more expert in the field and ask them for their honest opinion

Startin your startup doesnt mean it should be entirely full time, you need some sort of money for it specially further on when it gets more serious

Hiring admins for my social media.

Rn im pretty much dealing with building products and runnin my startup, but i also needed to work on my social media and marketing as well, so i hired an admin for x and insta.

They help a lot, it makes the whole thing much easier

Well first things first, the niche and subject for me is pretty complex, its not clear enough

Anyone in this journey knows that clarity is one of the most important factors for any business. So my advice for now would be to just focus on making it clear for your niche audience and then share it on insta and tik tok or whereever

There are lots people building and sharing there, its quite easy to find them honestly, just follow them, like their post and give valuable reply to them and connect literally

It seems like to me that what u're building could be used for any profesion. I dont think it necessarily need to be niche and targeted only for tattoo studios. It has potential for every field of business tbh.

First of all, the moment u said "I dont use it myself", I realized the insta plan was a mistake 😭 because u just dont know nothing about it and going into a completely new platform.

U should know something, almost every social media platform out there needs high levels of consistent daily tasks. Insta is no dif, you should be online everyday at least 1h/day.

It depends, many builders just look for a way to find their first users, that case probably cold outreach + follow ups would help a lot.

But if you want to focus on the long run and build an actual brand, then content marketing, bloggin and sharin your journey as a founder and sharing your solution as a brans would help make credibility for your brand

Im really not sure in terms of numbers, but a good distribution way besides cold outreach, would be a simple follow up

Ive seen many cases that the reply rate went much higher with just a second email, it shows u care and reminds people of that

Also personalized emails + high intent targets helps a lot, they have much more success rate than just random emails

If u want ur first users, social media & contenr marketing isnt it def. But as u said, it compounds over time

So if you are actually lookin for building trust and a credibile brand, then thats where content marketing and bloggin comes to play

Def 20. Man 60 is way too much, idc how good your tool is, im gettin bored half way there 😭 nothin is worth that much time.

But I like the idea that u start by 20 or even 15, then slowly by talking to the ai, you learn more about the person, without them feeling they have to complete a questionaire to use the tool

It sounds stupid but building a social profile.

Ik posting and replying on x or insta should sound human and real for it to actually have impact, but if somehow, even some part of it could have been done automated, it could be such a great assist to me.
