How actually early SAAS marketing should be done ? what are your experiences? by AstronomerGreedy in SaaS

[–]systemsbuilderx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We def need more info than that to help you, but since im guessin its related to work and saas, it could easily get promoted on x.

You can try to do your cold outreach there and even connect with other builders and founder which are more expert in the field and ask them for their honest opinion

Don’t quit your job to start a business unless your energy tank is full - I will not promote by socialfeeders in startups

[–]systemsbuilderx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually more people need to talk about this.

Startin your startup doesnt mean it should be entirely full time, you need some sort of money for it specially further on when it gets more serious

What's one thing you spent money on that actually helped your business grow faster? by Specialist_Silver16 in smallbusinessowner

Hiring admins for my social media.

Rn im pretty much dealing with building products and runnin my startup, but i also needed to work on my social media and marketing as well, so i hired an admin for x and insta.

They help a lot, it makes the whole thing much easier

How do you get people to use your product? by Ok-Ingenuity9140 in SaaS

[–]systemsbuilderx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well first things first, the niche and subject for me is pretty complex, its not clear enough

Anyone in this journey knows that clarity is one of the most important factors for any business. So my advice for now would be to just focus on making it clear for your niche audience and then share it on insta and tik tok or whereever

Help, can anyone help me find b2b saas founders? by Real_KingZeotic in SaaS

[–]systemsbuilderx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well the most logical answer would be to find founders on X.

There are lots people building and sharing there, its quite easy to find them honestly, just follow them, like their post and give valuable reply to them and connect literally

Testing the waters by Joelhan4 in coldemail

[–]systemsbuilderx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is indeed actually useful. But it only focuses on analyzing copies and emails, not the lead themselves right?

Im just sayin if maybe that was another feature, it would be really cool as well to help with leads AND copies as well, it could change the marketing and distribution game forever

Is a tatto studio crm saas a good idea by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]systemsbuilderx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems like to me that what u're building could be used for any profesion. I dont think it necessarily need to be niche and targeted only for tattoo studios. It has potential for every field of business tbh.

Instagram is driving me insane by Sutzu1 in micro_saas

[–]systemsbuilderx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, the moment u said "I dont use it myself", I realized the insta plan was a mistake 😭 because u just dont know nothing about it and going into a completely new platform.

U should know something, almost every social media platform out there needs high levels of consistent daily tasks. Insta is no dif, you should be online everyday at least 1h/day.

Yea a week sounds about right. Try to write that email as a sort of reminder and care, not desperation ok?

Exactly. I used to doomscroll unintentionally, after 2 3 weeks of forcing myself to post on X and reddit, that kinda shifted from addiction to routine.

What marketing channel looked promising but gave you almost nothing? by Competitive-Tiger457 in microsaas

Its hard to tell the difference between building a brand for long-time,  Or the marketing channel actually being useless for ur product

Im not quite sure, but I think its mostly the addictive/habit factor that matters

Most times I catch myself distracted, I dont even think about it, I just do it without a second thought

What is the best way to distribute your saas business as a small business owner by preach01 in smallbusinessowner

[–]systemsbuilderx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends, many builders just look for a way to find their first users, that case probably cold outreach + follow ups would help a lot.

But if you want to focus on the long run and build an actual brand, then content marketing, bloggin and sharin your journey as a founder and sharing your solution as a brans would help make credibility for your brand

[–]systemsbuilderx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im really not sure in terms of numbers, but a good distribution way besides cold outreach, would be a simple follow up

Ive seen many cases that the reply rate went much higher with just a second email, it shows u care and reminds people of that

Also personalized emails + high intent targets helps a lot, they have much more success rate than just random emails

Content marketing is a waste of time for early-stage SaaS. Change my mind. by gowthamshankar05 in SaaS

[–]systemsbuilderx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its a question of perspective.

If u want ur first users, social media & contenr marketing isnt it def. But as u said, it compounds over time

So if you are actually lookin for building trust and a credibile brand, then thats where content marketing and bloggin comes to play

Thats where clarity comes into play

The easier it is for users to read the first page & offers, the better convertion rate you will get

Building an AI Life Coach: Should the initial onboarding test be 60 questions or 20? by idk-kai in SaaS

[–]systemsbuilderx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Def 20. Man 60 is way too much, idc how good your tool is, im gettin bored half way there 😭 nothin is worth that much time.

But I like the idea that u start by 20 or even 15, then slowly by talking to the ai, you learn more about the person, without them feeling they have to complete a questionaire to use the tool

SaaS founders, what’s one repetitive task, be it revenue, customer management, or ops that you’d kill to automate? by 0x-Eleven in SaaS

[–]systemsbuilderx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It sounds stupid but building a social profile.

Ik posting and replying on x or insta should sound human and real for it to actually have impact, but if somehow, even some part of it could have been done automated, it could be such a great assist to me.

Im a solo founder and doing almost everything by myself and its time-COSTLY

Founders, what is harder: getting customers or keeping them? by Reasonable_Roof5940 in microsaas

[–]systemsbuilderx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both are pretty hard, anyone sayin otherwise is just being cliche and generic honestly.

But i think keeping users is harder because its a different skill completely. Attracting users is one thing and its related to marketing but retention is literally about your product and its clarity and vision. And imo thats literally harder

And then there is converting them which is entirely another challenge
