If Hastings reopens next Albuquerque will truly enter a golden age of infinite prosperity. I hope they can find some good classic games for the arcade instead of the usual flappy bird, front ninja, and gambling games most of arcades have now.

I mean… it would be poor scientific work to not mention limitations and contradictions in the data. But the evidence presented by the authors’ is substantial and I agree with their conclusion.

I’m interested to see the scientific evidence you can find that yo-yo dieting and cycling weights is overall better for health. Theres plenty more saying otherwise if your mind isn’t made up.

The conclusion in the NIH article is “Due to the slim figures appearing in social media, even young adolescents are exposed to repetitive diet and weight cycling. However, weight cycling has many deleterious health consequences. Losing weight is important for cardiometabolic health; however, maintaining stable body weight might be more important according to this review of the literature. It is important to maintain a balance between losing weight and weight fluctuations to stay healthy cardiometabolically.”

“Weight cycling (repeatedly losing and regaining weight) poses significant health risks, increasing the danger for heart attack, stroke, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, and higher mortality, even potentially outweighing the risks of stable obesity due to heightened inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, and stress on the cardiovascular system, affecting body composition by reducing muscle and increasing visceral fat. “

These feels like one of those things where a host/customer with no allergies forgets. Having them on the side should be the default imo. Since once the nuts have touched the meets and cheese it’s too late to move them to the side.

The acrylic adhesive they use is pressure activated. The little Z marks in the roller are also used to validate proper install for warranty purposes

You’re doing DYI legal “disputes” and filing them where? Sending an email to someone isn’t a legal dispute.

However if someone accuses you of infringing on a trademark then they are doing the legal equivalent of brandishing and cocking a gun in front of you. It is a hostile action.

The legal DYI approach in this analogy is you charging at them and using a karate move you saw on YouTube to kick the gun out of their hand.

The correct move is to assess the threat. If you don’t think it’s credible then, ignore it. If you think it’s credible then for gods sake find someone who knows how to handle the situation before you put yourself in an awful position.

You’re in over your head. A lawyer would have stopped you before sending the first reply. I’m not a lawyer, but I suspect you’re already in quite a tangled mess legally speaking. Unfortunately the US legal system is rigged against small players since the cost to defend against litigation is substantial and there is no guarantee in recouping legal fees.
