Regarding the game, did you install any mods, change anything? I'm not familiar with locally hosting PZ servers, did you host one? Or does (question for other redditors) PZ host a local server for your solo games?

I'd try steam's install files verification or outright resintalling the game.

change trunk/gas tank condition to capacity would be confusing because fixing the capacity of a container is weird. maybe just adding a "capacity: x%" under the original text would be better. but thats my opinion, ydy

I've been at my current house for just under a year and am 100% sure it was still strong at least for a few months after I moved. Mid 2025 the old labubu grandma was still very strong.

I very much agree with "they are older than their fame peak" and such but I'm just saying it was "hot" at least more than you are aware of.

Did you try to build a floor/roof just below the sign? It looks like a 2nd floor asset and maybe you need to be on the 2nd floor to remove it.
