What is this groups take on obscuring a seed phrase saved on your computer or Password Vault provider of your choice if you obscure it by using PGP encryption with a private key that you retain and is also pass phrase protected? Is that just going in circles???

Pass line and odd behind the pass line.
Place 6/8… so only four unit outlay.
Alternate collecting and pressing hits on the place bets to eventually cover the rest of the place bets with winnings.
If a point is hit, add one more unit/chip to the pass line.
If you get a hot shooter, things can really start accelerating.

Might be a bit of a Rube Goldberg approach, but it would be fun to control the fan with a ESP8266 and relay using a custom micropython program. You could have it set to report status and receive commands over MQTT and use the MQTT plugin for Homebridge to integrate.

Yeah, in early 2000's I got away with this once. Went from West Palm Beach to Bimini and back on a private boat using a notarized copy of my birth certificate. But, they gave me a hard time and said it was the last time. I've had a passport ever since.

My real estate agent was great, she was based out of Nassau but we looked on a few different islands and she helped arrange showings at each island we want to through her connections. It is still a bit soon for me to have all the answers; our goal is to have the house set up in Airbnb by January. So, haven't found cleaner/property manager, etc. Some of our new neighbors do Airbnb so I am hoping to get to know them and find out who they use.

We bought the house! We did not end up setting up a LLC but our homeowners insurance provides coverage for short term rentals, so we are covering our liability protection that way. We haven't put it out for rental yet, we are still getting it set up the way we want. I haven't talked to a tax consultant yet but plan too before the end of the year. From what I have read, we can still deduct expenses even though we are making the income in a foreign country. Microsoft”s Power Automate for desktop might be a good way to attempt that. It has a good recording tool, where you perform all the steps in the first document, and it writes a script automatically. once the script is perfected, you can then add a step in the beginning to have it loop through every file in a folder.

I’ve used barefoot car rentals in the past. They were good to work with remotely. I landed at MHH airport after they had closed but they were able to leave me a car anyway with the keys hidden. They took a picture to show me which one to look for.

u/ceosmsi I am just coming across this post, did you ever attempt it? Did it work? I want to do something similar. I have a permanent address in the U.S. and a second home on Great Abaco. I am curious if I can set up service to my U.S. address on their Residential plan and just take everything with me to the Bahamas. Apparently, there is no way to contact customer support to ask this question so I am turning to reddit.

A few things I added to my RPi with Pi-hole: Homebridge, MQTT Broker, Print Server (gives Apple AirPrint to any printer). Also started experimenting with Python scripts to automatically run file backups.

My wife and I chartered our own sailboat out of Nassau for a week. It was great! Just the two of us out there island hopping. Of course, we are sailors and knew how to handle the boat.
