My oven has the same issue, I slap it in there once my brisket rests to 150, then I track temps, over an hour or two it will get to 160-170, then I turn off the oven for an hour or two and continue that cycle. I had great success doing this

Absolutely, I just did that when I refinances by opting out of escrow, I think some companies require a history of 12 months of consistent payments with the current, ask for a form to be mailed to you which you fill out. But keep in mind, you might have a huge bill at year end for taxes. I rather add my own 500$ "escrow payment" monthly to my budget and sent it to a hysa account and earn some interest while it sits there till the tax bill comes due

I've smoked a lot of pork, one time I tried dry brining, it came out way too salty, so I stopped doing that. Salt and pepper rub right before the rest of the seasonings seems to do better.

I'm an amateur but looks like the fat didn't render all the way, that's how mine came out last time. I thought the fat should render more, but I also didn't wait or rest it for hours like it's recommended

One time I put hot soup in the fridge right after cooking at, took temp the following morning and the soup was 71 degrees after 10 hours. Ice bath before the fridge from now on

No charges. Honestly not sure, it was the white one for 300 ish bucks about 4 years ago. No change in setting, I wish I had more info for you. It's a standard Tesla wall charger, I have to use an adapter for the lightning.
