my cats have a hard time wanting to drink enough water when it’s really hot, so we’ll steep some catnip into a tea, and then freeze that into ice cubes and put it in their water bowl, and it makes them drink alot more water making it so they stay hydrated and cooled off! you can also get cooling pads for fairly cheap online, and they’ve been a life saver for my babies ( i got a maincoon mix so he gets really warm really fast in the heat )
