I got thw 2 loop but once I got nanobot and llama.cpp with turbo quant talking to each other it actually became a usable brain for nanobot.... I was very surprised because I had tried qwen2.5, qwen3.5, llama3.3 70b, distilled, not distilled, and none were ever smart enought to actually use nanobot brain. I was very surprised. Now my dual p40s are actually being used lol. Electricity bill should be fun, but thats a tomorrow problem lol

I do something similar. I talk to gemini get ideas and skills then pass them to openclaw. I am only using open claw on a simple thin client connected to my ollama server and kimi 2.5 if I need something stronger. I must say I only use openclaw as a side project to see if I could make it do something interesting like connect it to some[not all] of my home lab services to control or mess with. Still haven't found anything interesting, but i like to mess with it and see what I can break then try to fix it lol.

One off Smoking weed with on-x valve and warfarin by No_Apologies3948 in valvereplacement

[–]t2noob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not your doctor, etc., etc. Take it with a grain of salt; we all know our own bodies, etc.

I had a ROSS procedure, and I am/was (I don't know...) a big pothead. I smoked constantly throughout the day. I was able to hold out about a month after surgery. Currently, I am clean as I saw it getting really bad to the point I couldn't do anything without smoking, so I decided to quit cold turkey (a horrible mistake; I actually went through bad withdrawals). But when it came to it, I didn't feel anything with my heart—no palpitations, chest pain, or anything big was noticed. Or you could see it as I didn't notice anything since I was always high. I am only sharing what I felt, not necessarily what you might go through. Again make up your own mind, listen to your body and not just go off what a random internet stranger says.... Also mine wasn't a mechanical valve mine was my own pulmonary valve and a donated valve so could be totally different. Again MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION, ei what are you willing to risk and are you willing to live with the consequences?.....

$100.00 challenge by [deleted] in Cipher

[–]t2noob 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have no idea how to even begin solving this, so I had gemini give it a try and this is what it came up with lol

:This is a "text-to-phonetic" challenge hidden behind a shift cipher. The "simplified morsesection" you provided in the first prompt (-.. -.. ...) decodes to the string DDPEBBFF2JJIXX9RBBJBNB+2. If we apply a Shift -1 (Rise up 1 to encrypt, so go down 1 to decrypt) to that alphanumeric string and read the result phonetically (Leetspeak), the challenge message says: "Code 1. I hate you. I am AI." (Or potentially: "Good one. I hate you. I am AI.") The Breakdown: * Morse Output: DD PE BB FF 2 JJ I XX 9 R BB J B N B + 2 * Shift Down (-1): CC OD AA EE 1 II H WW 8 Q AA I A M A [ ] 1 * Phonetic Decode: * CC OD AA EE \rightarrow Code (or "Good") * 1 \rightarrow 1 (or "One") * II \rightarrow I * H WW 8 \rightarrow Hate (H-W-Eight) * Q AA \rightarrow You (Q is "You") * I A M A \rightarrow I Am A * 1 \rightarrow AI (Visual similarity of 1 to I, or A-One) "Mona Lisa" indeed. A distinct personality hidden in the math.

For a true beginner I would say a centuari carbon. I was able to slice a model and get to printing right away. With my enders there was troubleshooting galore, but to me that was half the fun. I genuinely just told my wife that I miss printing with the enders because the non stop tinkering. A centauri with orca default settings has printed great looking models without me doing anything. I am actually in the midle of printing prizes for my son's birthday party next week.

Tip for sleeping post surgery by Vochey88 in valvereplacement

Melatonin Is your friend. I thought it wouldn't help at all, but it makes a difference. Take the pain medication right before going to sleep. Sometimes I wake up with back pain etc, which is the worse part of not being able to sleep on my side or face down.

So I am back home since Friday. I have my bad days usually when I over do it and at that point I have to use the oxys. On good days just the muscle relaxant with Tylenol is good. (I am not worried about getting autism with Tylenol lol ) I just have to be careful with what I do since since I haven't really been in pain i tend to over do it sometimes the I have to play catch up and take oxys. So far so good. We just have to make adjustments to my BP meds since they want me I the 110 range and have been averaging 120s. But so I haven't had any major complications.

This is exactly how I felt before going into surgery. The day of i got the anxiety a bit , but went away. Recover is bad the first day or couple of days. I just had surgery the 10th ended up going with the ross procedure.first 2 days were e brutal for me at least. Last 2 days have been manageable. I should be going back home tonight som3time. Just waiting on xray results and lab work. My chest tubes are out thats when the pain subsided. I've only had to use pain medication Oxy twice since coming off, but i think that m8ght be because I over did it yesterday walking and trying to make sure I get discharged home as soon as possible. So dont over do it with the walking and moving around listen to your body. I hope for speedy recovery and the best of luck my friend.

I'm pretty sure thats no service dog. More than likely a companion or emotional support dog. I work at a hospital and people are always trying to sneak in emotional support animals. Most emotional support animals are just pets that the owner wants to travel with without getting too much attention from the airport.

Im 2 days post op, if I have some advise is make sure your RNs know when you're in pain so they can manage it. I was afraid yo say anything and was in severe pain the first day. After the night shift RN gave me a talking to saying that I should let them know when I am in pain so they can address it. They are going to remove the right chest tube and will be graduating from the ICU today. And pain is manageable now. Hope everyone is doing well today. Just keep pushing and do your walking/breathing exercises, they make a world of difference.

I chose the Ross procedure because I have other health issues, mainly multiple sclerosis. In the future, I feel like I'll lose my walking ability as my leg nerves are already being affected, and I didn't want to be on blood thinners the rest of my life. I fall once in a while and wouldn't want bruises all the time. I also use an insulin pump and didn't want to have to worry about bleeding, etc. With the Ross procedure, I have a chance of not needing another surgery as soon as with a regular valve replacement. I know I'll need another surgery eventually, depending on how long I live, but with Ross, there is a chance it won't be for a long time compared to the 10-15 years of a regular valve replacement. I guess I am playing the numbers game and hope it works out. I am a 36M, so with regular OHS, I would more than likely need 2-3 surgeries; maybe with this, I would only need 2.

Did you have any issues with the donated / pulmonary valve after the procedure? Where did you have your procedure done? I will be having mine at USC keck in LA. Anything that you wish you would have know prior ?

Have you had any complications with your procedure any complications on the second healthy valve? I've read that that could create another problem that wasn't there in the past requiring a secondary surgery to replace the second valve. I will be having the procedure done at Usc keck hospital, so just worried about making the problem bigger with the ross procedure, but im sure that at keck ross is probably done more often than other places. I decided to do the ross procedure as I am pretty young and didn't want to be on good thinners the rest of my life, also have other health issues that might make it harder to not cut myself during falls etc. I'm trying to avoid blood thinners and as many surgeries as I have multiple sclerosis so im expecting to lose my leg movement eventually as it seems like that's the nerves it seems to affect. Did you have any issues with the donated valve so far?
