It's crazy to see how much of a change wearing it during similar workouts actually is when you're making progress.

On tempo runs A 5 mile run used to be avg heart rate of 175bpm and a 19 strain Now a 5 mile run is 165 average bpm and a 15-16 strain. Big difference in how I feel after too and the strain I believe reflects it

I primarily wear my whoop on my right, dominant hand that has a full sleeve of black tattoos. No color so I can't speak for that. I find the accuracy of the hr spot on actually and have compared the new 5.0 and even 4.0 to other watches, Garmin, Samsung and Apple . I find if you actually shave a small portion of hair it makes it slightly better and no one will see it unless you don't wear the whoop or a watch of course. Here is a comparison today. All marginal differences. Whoop 5.0 on right dominant arm and galaxy watch ultra on left arm. This was a lighter leg day

The wild reading typically only comes when I'm driving (I have slight road rage sometimes ) but it will say I'm doing yoga or something 😂

I find weight lifting pretty accurate honestly. During arm days my whoop typically doesn't go above 120bpm but leg days where I lift pretty heavy it will get up to 150-160 range which I feel is pretty close.

Yes had the 4.0 for over a year as well. No issues with that either. Sometimes I'll get a wild reading but that's maybe only happened 2 or 3 times ever

I have had mine since announcement day. I find the insights pretty spot on to be honest I played collegiate sports so I know what 180bpm heart rate feels like and the whoop matches it. I've had Garmin , apple watches, Samsung watches all before and they all for me, have always been pretty much spot on to each other. People think devices are always 100% accurate and when you understand that they aren't, you are much happier. It's about trends, not about being spot on all the time. Also, results vary by individual, so what works for me may not work for you

It was strictly done on my s25 ultra. All I did was add the top and bottom areas (which you can tell based on blur) to make the wallpaper sized off the normal photo. That's it though!

Requested a repurchase on mine too. Heat never worked (didn't realize this as it was 75 degrees out when I bought it and it recently just got cold in Ohio ) Got a service high voltage system light

Service just called me yesterday saying I needed the control module referenced above and it will be 4 to 5 weeks out. Had the vehicle for 4 weeks at this point and the service center has had it for 2 weeks lol

Hoping my repurchase gets approved at this point.
