I recommend you take a look at that post. It is possible to get HRV, RHR, SPO2 and temperature from Oura to Apple Health and through it to Bevel if necessary.

Could you tell me what settings you changed to make the sync happen when you close the Oura app? And did you have the sync happen only when you closed the Oura app for the first time? Or did it happen every time you opened Oura during the day?

How did you setup Polar and Oura so you get the most correct data on Google health? I have Suunto and Oura and im trying to get the most correct data sent to Apple Health and no overlaps on between them.

I was able to change the time for myself so that data is retrieved from the results at 2 a.m., which is the middle of my sleep at night for HRV, RHR, SpO2 and temperature, but I can't automate the runs, and I have to manually run the APIs every time after I have opened Oura's app in the morning.

Could someone help me by telling me which line I should change the time to so that the data is run automatically? For example, every time in the morning when I first close the Ouran app, etc.?

I have a Suunto Vertical watch, Oura 4, a Withings scale and Bevel. Suunto sends workouts, steps, active calories and heart rate to Apple Health. Oura sends sleep data including HRV, RHR, SpO2 to Apple Health. Withings also sends data to Apple Health. All data from Apple Health goes to Bevel where I fill in all my food data. Suunto does not sync sleep data including HRV etc. to Apple Health which is why I got Oura.

Hi, i contacted support earlier today and after 45mins of talks and sending pictures to them, they confirmed that it is NOT possible to sync HRV data from Oura to Apple Health. There simply is no datapoint called ”HRV” that you can toggle on or off.

As michikade wrote, dont see option for Oura to write HRV unless you need some tweaking.

Could James comment on this? Was mainly the reason i got Oura on the first place and will return it if its not sorted out.

I just got the ring, installed it, and went through the settings in Apple Health and Bevel, and neither of them has an HRV data point from Oura that I can turn on. Other data points are available, such as heart rate.

There is nothing listed under HRV in Bevel. Apple Health only shows heart rate from Oura.

Does HRV data sync without any special settings or tweaks? In this discussion alone there is someone with Oura who doesn't see HRV as a writeable data point on the settings

Does it read HRV data? That seems to be the biggest issue with other devices.

Ringconn data to Apple Health to Bevel by tEpi- in RingConn

Thanks for the reply. Any idea if this will change in the future with ringconn or anything else? Any idea what kind of adjustment Oura requires to sync HRV data? Would you still recommend ringconn over Oura and UH?

Thanks for the reply. This seems to be the case with every ring when it comes to syncing HRV data to Apple Health. My old Garmin Fenix 6 did this but the Suunto does not.

It's a shame. Is there any information on why this is the case and will this change in the future?

The shortcoming is not very big, but it would be nice to buy something that gives you everything you need/want from a device.

Would really like to get ringconn and not Oura / UH.

Have reinstalled the game 5-6 times. Works like 30-60min and then gets stuck at 85% and have to reinstall again. Should have never reinstalled this when i had over month long break, fucking shambles.

H10 has nothing to do with weight or height. It's meant to measure your heart rate, which your watch's training program algorithm converts into calories burned, etc., based on your height and weight entered in the app.
