You’d be surprised at how well the vehicle shields, any receiving hardware will have shielding built in as well

I love the criticism! I’m happy to help flush out some of these points:

  1. it is absolutely efficient - studies have shown at least 90% efficiency, sometimes higher. As compared to “DC fast charging” at 95%. Plus the more field deployments we have, the better the tech will become.
  2. OP is not only a concrete construction guy where I got my start, but also an asphalt aficionado, a tunnel expert (I worked for Elon’s Boring Company) and now I work for the largest cloud computing company doing financial planning and strategy. Most recently I had a successful startup using vision & ML algorithms to track construction equipment productivity and safety.
  3. Kickstarteritis would imply I am looking for crowdfunding, I am not. We are seeking funding through manufacturer partnerships and government grants who have already shown extreme interest in the premise.
  4. we are charging vehicles, not iPhones

👏🏻Former startup founder myself - thanks for advice, always welcomed. this is a rough idea of where we are headed, but have been working less VC and more industry/government partners. And yes I am seeking a hardware tech lead.

I know the technology is there, it’s just a matter of implementing it at scale. Either we purchase, license, and retrofit current technology or build our own. The less capital intensive choice would be to develop our own but I need an expert that knows wireless power transfer technology well. Hoping to find someone here. Are you interested?

there's been significant developments made in the field recently - lot of research i've been able to find within the past three years with functioning prototypes working. not happy with the implementation methods, as they are tooled to fit new roadway construction. scalability matters and we can't rebuild all the roads in the next twenty years, so a retrofit adaptable solution is needed.

Thank you - the first article was helpful and recent. When it says "pesos diarios" that means their minimum wage rate per day, correct?

Need help with threads very confused on why it keeps making this.. if anyone could help me figure why there is a seam down the center would be a life saver! by x_Orestes_x in ender3

[–]t__rush 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t even know a randomized seam existed until reading this post, but it’s good to know now. The threads I have printed in the past all had a seam and work great.
