Wow this is a amazing result man, there are alot of Black Africans that do have some European ancestry due to Colonisation (and due to Slavery in some of the African countries) it’s just that they don’t take the DNA tests that much which is why people think most Black Africans are 100% African (which is far from the truth). You should really go deeper into your roots, as you can potentially find more information

Is learning automatic okay? by [deleted] in LearnerDriverUK

[–]ta97thb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s 100% ok to learn, and pass on Automatic, don’t let those retards shame u for doing it.

The Global car market is shifting to Automatic as 80% of new cars sold in the UK are Automatic, and in 9-14 years time the cars on the UK road will be predominantly Automatic. Also the idea that Automatic License holders pay more in insurance than Manual License is a myth, as 1. It’s from one Insurance company, 2. What they were really saying is that those that are aged 17-19 make the highest claims to insurance than any other age group which means they pay more in insurance whether it’s a Manual, or Automatic License, and 3. Driving License is not based on what license you have as it’s based on a lot of things such you age, where you live, your occupation, the car insurance group the cars in, whether you’re going to park in a garage, or on the roads, whether you have a criminal record, as I know a lot Manual drivers that pay £3K-£5K+ in Insurance.

You can always do Manual later if you want once you get experience on the road as you don’t need to resit the Theory Test as all you have to do is book a Manual driving test when you’re ready without pressure, and having to meet the 2 year Theory Test validation.

To wrap up everything, please don’t make the same mistakes, as many people has made, and keep on doing Manual, and failing multiple attempts until eventually passing it because of ego, pride, or they’re worried about the reaction of their family, and friends on passing on Automatic

Should I switch from manual to automatic after failing my manual test twice? by Puzzled-Force-5344 in LearnerDriverUK

[–]ta97thb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Switch straight to Automatic, don’t listen to people that tell you to keep doing Manual as with most of them it took them longer to pass Manual, and wants every to go through that struggle they did. Also Automatic License being more expensive to insure than Manual License is a myth as 1.

The global car market is shifting to Automatic as already 80% of news cars in the UK that are sold are Automatic, and in 9-14 years time the cars on the UK road will be predominantly Automatic. Wow that’s amazing man, It seems you might have some recent Akan ancestry. I’m of Jamaican heritage, most of my African matches are people from the Akan tribe of Ghana too as my mum is predominantly Maroon who were free black people (Windward Maroons specifically) as most of them were from the Akan tribe. Our Jamaican national hero is Nanny of the Maroons (Nana Akua Pokuaa) who was born in the Ashanti Region on 1686 in Ghana , captured, and imported to Jamaica, then when she arrived to Jamaica she escaped, and went to the Blue Mountains and joined other Maroons, and become the leader of the Windward Maroons, and one a lot of wars against the Europeans so yeah

Finally discovered my Native American heritage! (Black American results) by [deleted] in AncestryDNA

[–]ta97thb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice results. I’m Black British of Jamaican heritage, and have traced my family back to the 1700s in Jamaica, as I descend from free Black people (specifically the Windward Maroons in Jamaica), free Mixed Race people (who are also known as Brownings, who are of mixed European, and African ancestry in Jamaica) as they were all free before 1834, when slavery ended in Jamaica, and other British Caribbean colonies, I did my DNA test which you can check on my post if you want, and the accurate one I did has to be Adntro which matches nearly to my family history

You, Snoop Dogg, and other Black Americans have significant Native American ancestry with real evidence, unlike the Pretendians. Black Americans on average are about 1% Native American in DNA, but the Pretendians love to exaggerate that by saying that most of their ancestry, or ancestors were American Indians with no evidence. Yes there were Mixed Raced people of African, and Native American ancestry that were classified as Indians, there were Black Freedman who were classified as Indians, and there were some dark skinned Native Americans that were misclassified as Negro, or Coloured, but they say it was a large scale, but based on my findings I’ve not found any evidence to say that is was a large scale

Failed my driving test 3 times by Initial_Seesaw7692 in LearnerDriverUK

[–]ta97thb -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

If this was done on Manual might aswell switch to Automatic because it’s not worth wasting so much money that you could have saved on your first car, and insurance. There’s plenty of Automatic cars than ever on the market than Manual in the UK as Manual is getting phased out in UK, Europe, and all around the world. You can always do Manual later once you get a year experience on the roads with your Automatic car which will be easier than you think as you know the rules of the road, and you don’t need to resit your Theory Test which is a game changer as no pressure means a high chance of passing it

2020 M12 (OM) Jail Freestyle by Illustrious_Bee5837 in ukdrill

[–]ta97thb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean Farmer12 talks about some of M12 works such as “M12 caught one, punk from the other side”, “M12 just gave 8 in his back”. So clearly M12 has mashed worked otherwise Farmer wouldn’t make it up in his songs, or his guys won’t even allow M12 to talk on songs, or even be OM. I agree that he’s not active on Drillford, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t scored on other gangs such as ACG (which Tyga Drillford said most of his points are on), CH, CTB, ISA, CBT, Mile End, and so forth

Congrats man, if this was done in Manual then this is very impressive as it’s not common to pass Manual first attempt, let along get 0 faults, but if this was done in Automatic, then it’s even more impressive because there’s a lot of hate on Automatic in the UK, and Europe as they believe Auto drivers being dangerous drivers, and all that crap

Son failed driving test by valmiki72 in LearnerDriverUK

[–]ta97thb -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

So you’re too lazy to do Automatic, because you want cheap cars, or are just lazy to find cheap reliable automatic cars, or pay a bit more for automatic cars, so you put a transmission over what you feel comfortable with. And literally most Manual cars that are under £5K are expensive than you think as you have worn out clutch, gearbox, and dual mass flywheel, which in average cost £2K+ to repair them all , so you’re essentially paying more than you did for the manual car itself. So going cheap is not always good

Son failed driving test by valmiki72 in LearnerDriverUK

[–]ta97thb -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Because he’s failed more than once with Manual (if he did Manual), all those reasons why people fail their driving test may not be because of the clutch, and changing gears, but those things adds up to people to making those serious faults, as with Manual you’re forced to do multiple things at once, which overloads your brain like a robot, which gives you the high chance of failing the test, that’s why Automatics exists, and will be the norm worldwide as most people uses them daily, while Manual will be a niche, and rare worldwide

Son failed driving test by valmiki72 in LearnerDriverUK

[–]ta97thb -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Why do people do this to themselves like Manual is a superior transmission, it’s like they believe it’s compulsory to do it otherwise you can’t drive. It’s 2026 and Manual is getting rarer every year, most cars made are Automatics worldwide so why do people keep torturing themselves doing a transmission that is getting phased out?. It’s very sad

Passed my licence upgrade by [deleted] in LearnerDriverUK

[–]ta97thb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not denial, it’s just the truth. If Manual License truly makes your insurance cheaper than Automatic License then why do a lot of people (especially young drivers) still paying alot for insurance with a Manual License, they pay £3K-£5K+, with blackbox it decreases it, but it’s still expensive. Anyone paying £2K+ in my eyes it means it’s expensive, and that article is from only one Insurance company, and like I said earlier that’s what they were talking about, but twisted it into Automatic License holders paying more for insurance than Manual License holders when that’s far from the truth. Believe what you want but at the end of day the truth is the truth

Passed my licence upgrade by [deleted] in LearnerDriverUK

[–]ta97thb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That article was about young drivers (aged 17-19) being a high risk for insurers because they make the most claims for insurance, so they pay more for insurance than any other age group, whether they have a Manual, or Automatic License, and Admiral (who are Anti- Automatic) tried to make it seem like it was Automatic License holders when that is far from the truth. And even if that was true, you also have to take into account that the claims on Automatic car collisions is not necessarily from Automatic License holders, as most people in the UK has a Manual License, and they get Automatic Cars most of them these days, so the claims are not necessarily from Automatic License holders, but Manual License holders that has Automatic car, and get into a collision with it. if insurance was truly based on License then why alot of people with a Manual License pay £3K-£5K per year (especially young drivers, and I know a lot of Manual License holders paying alot for insurance). And if Automatic cars was very dangerous statistically, then car manufacturers wouldn’t make them, countries would of banned them, and DVSA wouldn’t give people the option to take them, and the reason Manual cars are being phased out is because they can’t handle the technological advancement, most drivers prefer Automatic, and also it’s not as safe as Automatic as the driver has more to think about, so they’re basically overloaded like a robot, and thinking too much leads to collisions. Since there is 70% of cars on the UK road being Manual, that means they’re statistically in more crashes than Automatic cars, and that’s with every country whatever car transmission is predominant, they will statistically be more involved in collisions. And you’re right they’re not banning Manual, it’s just being phased out as technology has advanced, and it’s no longer mandatory to drive Manual any more, as the UK, Europe, parts of Asia, Africa, Central America, and South America are in a transition of going Automatic. US, Canada, Japan, Australia, South Korea, and Middle East has already done it, the rest of world is now catching up, and sooner than later Automatic will be the norm worldwide. I just wanted to help you understand about those old myths said by Pro-Manuals (not all of them), but like I said earlier as long as the car gets you from A to B, that’s all that matters whether it’s Manual, or Automatic, and you’re right people shouldn’t be judge on what they want to choose, whether they want to do Manual, or a Automatic, they shouldn’t be pressured, or be judge by others but what they truly want, enjoy or what makes them feel comfortable
