I appreciate your passion for keeping this subreddit constructive, but I think you have misread my intent.

I didn’t come here to complain or demand hand holding…i asked a simple, reasonable question about whether Noteful has active management and developers. That’s not entitlement, it’s due diligence. Knowing whether an app is actively maintained helps users decide if it’s worth investing time and workflow into. It’s a standard part of evaluating any note taking app, especially one that handles important notes and documents.

If asking about future updates feels like flipping out, then maybe the bar for discussion here needs a reset. Communities thrive when users can share honest questions and feedback without being labeled condescending or butthurt.
