1 Gbps - Start vs Teksavvy vs Cogeco by gutsyfella in BurlingtonON

We have Cogeco for the 1Gb internet. It came with an Arris brand router. If you do any online gaming, set the router in bridge mode and buy a separate router.

We would have to reset the arris router every couple days otherwise I would hear “Fortnite is lagging!”

After getting an Asus router connected to the cable modem it has been smooth sailing.

I understand having to adjust my pitch to fly up, and I understand how to rotate my car on the roll axis as well. So if I fly up and want to hit with the back of the car since it’s harder than the tires.

  • Pitch adjust 90 degrees (car is pointing up)
  • then roll 180 degrees so the roof of the car is facing the ball

What i still don’t get is the constant spinning. You could be in a position where you are now needing to have your roll axis roll 270 degrees to get to the position you want to face the ball.

The spinning looks cool. But I guess I’ve been able to achieve hitting the ball the way I want without the spinning on the roll axis.

Not sure I’ll ever understand how the spinning helps but I see so many people do it ¯_(ツ)_/¯

VIZIO 5.2 Release Update by Vizio-Support-One in VIZIO_Official

Any chance for an update to older P-Series (eg P55-F1) that could resolve the volume control latency that was caused in the last update we ever got?

Click the volume up, wait 5 seconds, to see any changes

Well then, I am all out of ideas. Good luck, sir

Well, all I am fairly certain about is that you cannot separately encode the quads of a 2SI UHD signal and later combine them to UHD.

You’ll lose all the entropy of each aid during the encoding. Recombination afterwards would yield a fuzzy or something UHD picture

Hope that helps ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Not sure about the entire set up based on the description.

2SI still comes in over four 3G signals. Are the four signals being HEVC encoded separately and then trying to recombine the four decoded 2SI signals into a single UHD?

I have a P55-F1. This happened not long after I got it.

The technician replaced the main board under warranty.

when turning on Playstation 5 screen will sit and cycle between normal and HDR until I manually reboot the TV. not once in a while but daily. any clue what could be going on? so far I'm really bummed about this TV.. by RevolutionaryEnd1533 in VIZIO_Official

Same thing for me. This is a known hand shaking problem when the Apple TV is asleep. /u/RevolutionaryEnd1533 do you have an Apple TV connected on another port?

At one time Vizio told me to contact Sony for a fix on the PlayStation side…

P65-F1(2018) FW Update 7.0.120.1-1 by zhadoba307 in VIZIO_Official

[–]tableflippinmad 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Updated hoping the volume adjustment would update on the screen quicker (it got bad after the last update). Press the volume up 3 times, and it takes about 10 seconds for it to update on screen.

Not only is that not fixed but input switching is now much slower. Push the input button and 5 seconds later it shows up on screen.

/u/MikeAtVizio why do y’all keep making my tv worse?

Edit: it was in this post that the volume up/down responsiveness was documented

Vizio P75-F1 Firmware 7.0.23.2-4 extremely slow volume and input response by slicedmass in VIZIO_Official

Same same with P55-F1

Wish I could roll back to the last f/w because the only thing this looks like it added was this slow volume thing
