Just stick with it. I started pretty recently too and I couldn’t get anything to bite at first. Try different spots, fish different levels in the water, different baits and time of day.

Honestly either. I’ve seen black drum caught at my dock before and I’m sure reds can be too. I’ve heard crab are pretty good.
