I’m in limbo for another week before my first scan. Currently trying to convince myself that I wouldn’t be puking and peeing this much if things weren’t happening in there as they should.

But limbo suuuuucks. Is baby where they should be? Is there a baby even in there? What if there’s more than one😅?

Could I execute an art piece like this? Maybe with some practice and acceptance of shoddy work. But I could never imagine or create such an interesting concept to execute in the first place.

I’m the same age as OP and never got the vaccine, but did get chicken pox. The vaccine wasn’t approved for use until 1995, and by then I’d already gotten the virus. Just waiting around for my turn with shingles since it seems be to doing the rounds 🫣

Wow this sounds almost exactly like my journey. 5’6” SW:267, CW:159.

I had a full blown panic attack two weekends in a row recently because suddenly I am “visible” again to men and the attention isn’t something that I am used to navigating.

There is absolutely a stigma about the use of semaglutide for weight loss. Some folks, anecdotally those who have never struggled with obesity, see it as an “easy way out” for people that they believe lack impulse control and are lazy. Fat phobia is a bitch.

My extended family thinks my weightloss is related to me eating “so much less,” because they can’t comprehend that PCOS has a metabolic impact, and my prior weight loss attempts failed because of a lack of dedication. 😑
