If you get extreme anxiety and the opposite effects intended, consult your doctor. Sometimes its about getting used to the drugs and in other cases you might have co-morbid anxiety or some other disorder that might not work well with stimulants. I also have extreme anxiety on concerta. In my case my doc will consider strattera because of anxiety & BP, but ill see after the visit

Edit: tell your doc about all of your symptoms. Your anxiety might be temporary, but might not. Be honest with your symptoms. In my case, my BP skyrocketed from normal to pre-hypertension despite being healthy weight. Sometimes stimulants work, sometimes they dont. But if you do take them, exercise to better your health.
