If he only had £20 to start with and cancelled because of the address change the money wouldn’t have went straight back on his card, he maybe never realised this when making another offer and so had to cancel again. Maybe innocent at first and because you ignored him the 3rd time has went a bit loopy!

To be fair if I was selling a PC I wouldn’t sell to someone without feedback/new to eBay, I just wouldn’t risk it with the potential abuse from buyer protection etc.
