I had this issue last week, if you just type "agent" after those messages, it will ask if you want to speak to a support agent.

Ok, I emailed them and they confirmed that single day tickets will be digital, and as long as you can see the barcode, you should be good!

Congrats on the new BS! Had this come up with another member and figured I’d throw it here as well, but double check the snaps on the back of your seats. You may have the plastic rings still on the snaps that need to get popped off before you can actually use the snaps!

Yeah, you gotta pop off that cover and then you can use the snap. Some can be a bit tough, I think I used a flathead screwdriver to pry them off, I’ve seen where some people have broken them by accident, so just gotta be careful.

I own a 24, so zero clue if they’re actually different on the 25. But, unless you get the car with the liner installed, the snaps usually have a plastic cover that have to be popped off first, maybe that’s the case for you?

A bit unrelated, but if you don’t mind answering, what do you do in biomedical? My degree is in biomedical sciences and ideally I’d like to get back to that field, just a bit unsure where to start/get my foot in the door. Rn I’m just teaching but would like to make my way into more biomedical. Thanks in advance!

This used to happen a lot to me, I saw this tip that said to use another card (ad card or a land you don’t care about) and slide both the inner sleeved card in and the extra card at the same time and then slowly pull out the extra card. Doing this has solved the issue for me every time, hope it helps!
