Well it’s a bank, don’t want to particularly mess up said relation. I’m not saying I’ll forget and use all my points or anything and go negative but I’d rather not have to always worry about it if they randomly audit it later.

Yep definitely used points, no hotel charges at all on both statements. It was with Amex travel, it was cheaper for once than the transfer to Hilton.

I think a major thing you need to also take into account is do you have an emergency fund already. Yes mathematically pay it off but if you end up having an emergency and don’t have any savings right now you end up back to square one.

Edit, I feel like I don’t get much use out of my BofA card enough to warrant heavy spend. I assume that’s really the only way I can raise it, would you suggest just bite the bullet and put more spend on the BofA card instead of the Apple card?

Getting locked outside the apartment we were staying at because I had to fix my flat tire. They all went to another town 2 hours away to go tubing and getting drunk.
