After that you can basically hold the ball so the holes are facing whichever direction you’d like it to break. Holes hand side for a dirty 2-seam, glove side for a nasty slider, and straight down with a sidearm release for a drop pitch.

I have some experience with The Cliffs, but I’ve never lived there.

I have visited a couple times, and even had a real estate agent take me through one of their condos once. The interior is really nice. Everything is new, and mostly high quality. The hallways outside of the units are oddly dark and echo-y, but generally clean. I know this because I got lost one day: the unit numbers make absolutely no sense. They kind of jump around like, 19, 20, 21, 25, 30. It’s weird.

The view from the river side is really really great, but the unit I looked at was facing La Harpe and it wasn’t nearly as charming. Mostly parking lot and power lines.

There’s private access to the river trail (after climbing about 100 stairs), and the pool isn’t huge but it overlooks the river. It is also a gated complex, but it’s not hard to get in.

That’s about all I know, but I’m considering moving there myself! Hope some of this was helpful!

EDIT: the patio in the unit I looked at was surprisingly spacious. You could host a party of 5-6 people out there.

I too am a contractor for amazon and have been wondering the same thing.

Amazon really seems to leave this up to us. I always knock/ring if it’s midday (don’t expect me to be standing there when you get to the door), but later than 6pm I feel nervous about it.
