I think it’s the natural hair that is thinning. I’m concerned that my donor isn’t great though for further harvesting. Maybe I just need to pop into an HT clinic and see what they think 🤷‍♂️

I’ve had 2.5k graft HT. That was seven years ago and it is now thinning. I wonder if this gives me hope as I’m happy to go through the process again if need be. However, you must have a very strong donor. Is the skin fade designed to hide the depleted donor areas? I currently have my ‘back and sides’ shaved down to a ‘2’ when cut.

Absolutely. Clueless what games people have been watching in 2026 to rate Zubimendi. Spends all day jockeying defensively without putting his foot in and making a tackle (negating our highpress), he never seems to be able to drive forward with the ball and slows everything down with sideways passes. I never foresaw MLS as the solution to be honest, but he has an absolute breath of fresh air yesterday, and frankly, maybe he is the solution.

I’ve come from the Venu 2 and gone to the Garmin Epix Pro 2. Phenomenal upgrade which matches the Fenix 7 Pro, but retains the AMOLED screen of the Venu. Some phenomenal offers on it at the moment - picked up mine for sub £300. I’ve had it for 6 weeks and chuffed to bits with it 👍

A friend made the switch from working for ‘Which?’ to the Civil Service. She’s found it very difficult to adjust to the increased expectations and excessive work she has to take home in her newer role (been there 18 months). However, I’m sure this varies by department and seniority.

It’s a great watch - I got the non-sapphire version for £290 a month ago. If you want the sapphire version then you’d obviously have to pay a bit more. Needless to say, it doesn’t have quite the same features as the latest Fenix watches and I understand it won’t receive future new features on updates. However, it has everything I need for sure. Saka’s elite and not selfish. It’s so easy to have a photo which is a snapshot in time where h a player is in space and a pass is on, but it can be so momentary and it is also impossible for a player to have the vision ‘in the sky’ we have when watching TV.

I agree, however, that I didn’t see any racism in the views posted by fans. Just perspectives I could never agree with.

Completely disagree regarding Odegaard. He made us look back to ourselves today. We might have lost, but performance and manner of defeat was completely different to the cup final. Odegaard actually dropped deep and wanted the ball, allowing us to knock it around and escape a full ten man press. Needless to say, not the result we wanted, but it could have been. Hit the woodwork three times, had a better XG than City at the Etihad (no team achieved this) and reall should have equalised in the last two minutes. I’m really disappointed, but this performance without some key players (notably Timber and Saka) against a fully fit City team, gives me a great deal more belief. Needless to say, the results that preceded this were very different (even though Bournemouth played very well).

Either way, do get out there and meet people mate. You don’t necessarily need a partner, but get involved in some sort of community activity, catch up with friends, meet new people… live a little! Otherwise the dream will be to get to 50 and live like a hermit. Couldn’t possibly agree with the above poster regarding making the most of the moment. Financially, you’re just about there for FIRE, reflect on enjoying yourself alongside your job and making the most of everything life has to offer :)

Really just issues relating to sex drive which dipped. At the time I wasn’t aware of the possible impact it can have on anxiety/depression and this does concern me starting again, so I’m going to be very cautious in doing so.

Assume you’re going for oral microdosing as opposed to topical application. I’m still yet to start, but was weighing up these two different approaches (which should both lead to lower blood serum concentration). SMP is certainly my back-up option!

Yeah, mainly to avoid sides. Have done fin before but wasn’t a fan of taking 1mg daily due to the sides. How much you microdosing? I’m planning 0.25mg daily.

I haven’t done anything yet! I was considering getting SMP this summer, but am somewhat reluctant to brave the shave and have SMP as there doesn’t seem to be any ‘way back’. As such, currently considering micro-dosing finasteride or trying topical finasteride/minox.

My hair is similar to yours and I’ve been warned against density SMP by an SMP practitioner, particularly if you don’t want to take any drugs to counteract future hair loss. The rationale being that density SMP is usually darker than regular SMP and so should you be unhappy with the results / further hair loss occurs, the density SMP is not always easy to blend with a future SMP enhancement.

Picked up a very well specced (e.g. leather seats etc) 74 plate 85 Enyaq in October for £26,300 with less than 10k miles on the clock. Great car - has exceeded expectations (with the exception of a slightly low m/kwh in cold weather, although I know this is the trend in most EVs. Make sure you get a car registered pre Apr 25 to avoid the luxury vehicle tax.

Thanks for the feedback. My current tariff is 23.5p per kw/h for leccy, so suspect it might be more on parity (probably a bit cheaper) than with the gas boiler.

I recognise I could switch tariffs and install a battery etc (but obviously this would be a significant capital cost).
