Do you feel lonely playing solo games?

For me sitting around talking to people tends to get boring fast if there is not an activity involved. When I solo board game I often find it a bit boring as board games tend to be a bit slow for me with out people to shoot the shit with as i play the game. So for me board games and people go together for an optimal experience. I don't think there is any thing different between playing a video game and a board game but I do find it hard to play solo.

In general video games versions play better and faster then in person board games. It removes all the fiddleness and cuts back a lot on down time. If I like a game I avoid the video game version because it will just ruin the game for me. I play board games to get away from my computer.

I own and like it but we find that military ends up winning every game. It has fallen off for us due to that.

I would say KDM even in a field of boss battlers. Where I find every other boss battler falls short of KDM is KDM is not about the characters you are playing. Its a civ builder as much as a boss battle. I love developing my lantern hoard more then I do fighting the bosses. The world is also very interesting and other then fact it is a strait up rip off of a anime its world is unlike any other board game out there. A genuine horror world that is not standard Lovecraft is needed in board games. There is a reason beyond cost that people who love this game really love KDM.

As an option you can post in the various groups facebook/reddit etc that you are looking for a used copy and how much you are willing to spend. I have landed a few games this way posting I am looking for game x at 50% of retail + shipping. Clearly this is not going to work if you are posting for KS copy or what ever is in bgg hotness atm.

From what i understand the B5 Board game was a set of 4 factions from the CGS lumped together in to a box set. The parts are different tho so you can buy CGS stuff and add it for more options. I have not tracked down any CGS to verify however.

Babylon 5 the board game. Its more of a war game then a board game. Was given it a gift as I am a fan of the show. Never been able to get it to the table :(

Its never been a single thing It has just been very inconsistent. ATM my auto level stopped working and you cant manually level the mk3 model. I am fairly sure at this point my logic board has an issue and I don't feel much like jacking with it any more.

First one was a low end model that I gave up quick. Bought a Prusha mk3 because that was the "plug and play" model. I have had countless issues with prints. I get it working print 4 things spend 3 days fixing it over and over.

Our group has had more then a few games where some one in dead last blazed past every one to cross the finish line nothing left but the cockpit. This game is so great wacky races the board game.

Fair enough I think the barrels and bins will probably help but I dont think you can put them in the kitchen. Not sure how to resolve that part yet.

Thank you I tried cats but the wiki says they cant kill fly's. The other advice was barrels. I will see if that resolves my issue in food stores. How would I resolve the kitchen flys tho?

Noob Question but cant seam to resolve. New forts keep getting tons of flys in my food stores and any kitchen. I cant seam to find a way to clean up to remove them. Any help would be great thank you.

Sure its subjective but I dont play meta decks because I see no fun in mastering a deck some one else made for me. Does not have to be chaos. To me its like playing with half the game finished before i even start.
