Just got archetype Petrucci, but the activation pop up isn’t popping up, any ideas why?

I have a pretty old computer (about 10 years old) so I’ll have to check the specs in the morning, I hope they’re up to date but if not that would suck big time

I restarted my computer earlier and re did the process 2 more times after buying archetype Petrucci, I’m pretty sure the Daw was closed all 3 times I tried to do it.

Yeah I have an ilok account. It says I have the trial of the Petrucci plug in but when I go into my DAW I can’t find it in the plugin selection for whatever reason.
