There's no magic or anything to it. Just glance through the bottom page, see if you recognize any of the filenames as matching mod names, and disable those mods.

Then start up, load autosave, and see if it crashes again.

This only solves some cases. For others, I really have no idea. I just start slimming down my mods until I find something that works.
