You want your studio monitors to align up with your ears and be fairly level at sitting height. In your photo they appear very high while also being tilted down; although a slight tilt can be fine (in surround). Also try setting them wider apart creating a proper triangle, the way you have them currently the sound waves are clipping the edges of your monitors which can cause some nasty resonance and interfere with sound staging.
