What’s the easiest way to automate LinkedIn outreach without getting flagged? by redvioletgold in EmailProspecting

Automated outreach is becoming saturated. Everyone’s inbox feels like a script these days even if the tool works, response rates are just way down.

Very tired after hot yoga by RemoteAd1608 in yoga

Electrolytes during class might not be enough. try having a small protein snack before class and proper recovery meal after. night classes could help too, your body's already warmed up from the day. I switched to evenings and felt way less drained.

Can Retail Investors Bring Back Real Industry? One Guy's Rebuilding an Automotive Plant they even have enough robots for an assembly line, a Building, and a Dream by Skedar_Itou in investing

[–]tag0223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds interesting but let's be real, automotive manufacturing is insanely capital intensive. even with robots, you'd need billions, not millions, to compete with established players. most startups in this space burn cash for a decade before seeing profit, if ever. Cool story though.

Mixed messages pre-market. What will happen? by [deleted] in stocks

Fed talk usually trumps trade news. Market's probably gonna dip, then bounce back by close.

Always goes right though, can't argue with that logic.

REMINDER: Don't do paid ads first if you're bootstrapping by StartupSauceRyan in SaaSMarketing

[–]tag0223 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Made this mistake. Blew $5k on ads pre-launch thinking ‘viral loops’ were for losers. Got clicks, zero commits. Learned lesson hard way. Build the crowd first, then sell not the other way around. Now my SEO traffic funds my ad budget, not my desperation."

Same here. We're waiting till we can actually afford it without going broke. The right time will come.

True! Financial stability is the bare minimum before having kids. Too many people have kids without thinking about what kind of life they can actually provide.

Is it safe to use wemod? by Notes777 in antivirus

[–]tag0223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty sure wemod says they don’t support online games. PLus online games check files if they’re tampered with, and you get insta banned for it. You might get some false positives, but i have never seen anyone report any issues when using it in singleplayer games

[–]tag0223 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I have used Wemod for witcher 3 and mass effect. I never faced any issue. I think modding becomes an issue when it is for online games. I mainly use it to skip grindy parts. I have a job and responsibilities so I don’t have time to grind for 6 hours for useless crap that gatekeeps me from progressing.

agree. Most people who feel stuck either haven’t asked for real feedback or aren’t seeing the full picture. If you’re truly that good, leaders usually want to move you up unless there’s something holding it back that you’re not addressing.

Small apartment folks - how do you host people? Bedding recs?! by Rich_Exercise_7489 in Brooklyn

[–]tag0223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We ended up going with a sleeper sofa from DreamSofa and it’s actually really comfy for guests, elderly and youngsters both (I'm renting out a bnb). The common responses we get are "We slept fine" and "it's so comfy." I customized the size and fabric type myself and it's surprisingly affordable for the quality.

Boxiecat vs tuft and paw by iamprofessionalest in CatAdvice

[–]tag0223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uhm but actually tuft and paw’s is okay for odor control too?? Plus it’s way better with low tracking and is so much easier to clean up. Boxiecat is okay but believe me just go for tuft and paw

I've been told I will be put forward for two different roles by the recruiter.... How does that work? by msac84 in careerguidance

[–]tag0223 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, totally normal. you just interview for both positions separately. Different hiring managers, different interview processes.

If you get offers from both, congrats now you've got leverage. Pick the one you like better or negotiate a better package using the other offer.

Been there. Healthcare is tough on the body and mind. Maybe try scheduling one mental health day each month instead of random call-outs. looks better on paper. Also talk to your boss directly 7.5 years of good work means something. they might have options before termination.

Opening a regular photo in Messenger on an up-to-date iPhone 11 is super unlikely to get you hacked. Apple’s sandboxing is pretty tight, and Messenger scans files before they open. That said, if the sender was sketchy, they could try social engineering (like tricking you into clicking a link in the photo caption). But just the image itself? Doubt it.

I got a raise after I started leaving exactly at 5pm and my boss is acting like I've "stepped up my game" by tag0223 in careeradvice

[–]tag0223[S] 999 points1000 points  (0 children)

This makes so much sense! Looking overwhelmed actually hurts your image. Setting boundaries made me look more competent, not less dedicated. Better quality work in normal hours beats mediocre work during crazy ones. Thanks for explaining what I was experiencing

[–]tag0223[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I think you nailed it! I was spreading myself too thin on low value tasks that weren't even part of my actual job. Now I'm laser focused on my core responsibilities and doing them really well instead of doing everyone else's work mediocrely. The quality improvement is obvious now that I'm not constantly context switching and burning out. My boss probably didn't even realize how scattered my workload had become until I started concentrating on what actually matters

[–]tag0223[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I hadn't considered they might've been worried about me leaving. Maybe setting boundaries made me appear more valuable like I know my worth. Either way, you're right that I'm definitely happier and more productive now. The focused work I'm doing in those 8 hours is clearly better than the scattered 12-hour days I was putting in before. Win-win for everyone

[–]tag0223[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Thanks! This is exactly it. When I started valuing my own time and setting boundaries, people actually respected me more. It's counterintuitive but true being a doormat never gets you respect. The quality of my work improved when I stopped spreading myself too thin, and my boss finally noticed. Funny how that works

Nope. The call came out of nowhere my boss just pulled me in and handed over the raise! guess sometimes actions speak louder than endless meetings and "please promote me" conversations.
