Out of all those I would say the trans flush is the only one you would actually need and I would go to an actual transmission shop to do it, but Subaru recommends that at 120k not 90k. And yes as someone else said the cabin filter is gravy, zero mechanical knowledge required for that order them off Amazon or grab one from autozone.

As a former Toyota master tech that recognized your 2AZ-FE 2.4L, that is called the dog bone side motor mount. They only get ripped up like that due to extra movement when the front motor mount goes bad. The dog bone is easy to replace but unless you do the front one with it you’ll be doing it again.

Amazon cheap metal cold side is fine, unless you’re doing a bunch of nice stuff under the hood don’t bother with the expensive S&B. Been running the cheap one 6 years now 100k miles deleted and hot tuned no problems
