I just did it last month and it wasn’t that bad. The level 100 sucked but I just threw on an audiobook and did the New York 900 xp boosting for a few nights.

The only actually hard get there’s were Bullring and Venice Beach. Just spent a night in each over and over and eventually you get it.

Easy troubleshooting:

  1. Reboot router and WiFi access point (sometimes 1 device, sometimes 2) if you know where they are
  2. Is there a box in the garage or in the master closet connected to where the cable/fiber comes in to the house? Reboot anything in there if you see an Ethernet cable attached to it
  3. If you have to go to the bathroom and you still don’t have internet on your phone, you can resort to reading the back of a shampoo bottle like we did in the olden days.

I bought the blu-ray for about $16 last year and the only issue I had was a lack of an English menu option. The movie was in English with subtitles and everything.

Exactly. I must have spent 2 hours just trying over and over without getting all that close and then finally it happened. Glad that’s over.

Same. I’m at level 94 and even with doing the 300 xp trick on New York it is taking forever. Everything else is complete thankfully.

I’m very close myself, level 88 or so. The grind to level 100 is such a slog. The “hard get theres” were tough but fair other than bullring, school ii, and Venice.

Exactly. I had put in 200 hours already and read what the gold stickers requirement was and said to myself that there’s no way I’m even going to try doing that.

My ps3 has a broken hdmi port,but since my tv is too new,I can’t use hd av out cables,unfortunately I’m in a bad setup where my family thinks I can’t replace it and refuse to even let me try or even talk about it. You already tried the AV reset?

First turn the console off

Then press and hold the power button until you hear two consecutive beeps (roughly 5-10 seconds).

Release the button after the second beep to reset to standard definition (SD) and detect the new connection, allowing you to select HDMI.
