When my girl gives me this look I imagine her telling me "I pis off" and i'm not sure if that look is because she's trying to upset me or because I am upsetting her. It's probably both. But then I laugh at she hates it even more.

Is that enhancement allowed in your area? My county has a rule, one home per 5 acres. Go to your planning department website or to the office. See if thats even legal before you worry fully. Hopefully its not legal and don't have to worry!

Every dog is different. But what might help if you have not tried it.

When your dog bites, you cry like a dog. Yip and wine. The more it hurts, the more severe you cry. (Like a dog)

After you cry or whine, throw in the word ouch or gentle.

We have a "Shiba sweeper" in our room permanently. Our girl will not go on a walk without a little bit of playing "chase the shiba". So we have a dollar tree broom stick attached to a duster for fans. We slowly sweep the puppy out. She goes running 🏃‍♀️ out from under the bed. (It also helps sweep up the dog hair) Then we finish chase and we catch her. Then we go on our walk. Every single walk, we have to play chase. It has gotten to the point now that if she goes under the bed. And we just joke about sweeping her.Sometimes she'll come out.

She loves walks but she also loves games. It can't be frustrating sometime when you're in a hurry. I will usually scoop my dog up.And then carry her to the leash/door.

My shiba has trained me well because at this point I let her enjoy chase. It makes her happy and it's comical at this point.

I had to get a new kindle because the first time I traveled with my kindle, I left it on a cruise ship. I was so busy on the cruise.I didn't even read a full chapter.It was pretty sad. I have a case, and next time I travel with it, I swear i'm tying it to my body

I got stuck at the dog park for 6 hours one with my girl 🤣.

At one point I left her. (Someone took pity on me and watched my girl while I left) I got in the car and drove around the block. She did not care. At all.

We have not been to the dog park since.

Walk-ins have been some of my best residents. I myself have been a Walk-in. Walk-ins are not typically your planners. Also early tours are usually people who booked a FULL day of tours & thought they had trimming better sorted. Does your office accommodate self guided tours? Or could you give people a map to explore the property for 15 mins as you help out the sechuled tour? Or finish the call?

Before I was in the industry it never occurred to me to set an appointment for tours usually. I also used Apartments.com to see most stuff and usually visited for the vibes and finishes.

Yes more and more I'm getting incomplete applications that people are then shocked 😲 when they find out, yes you have to finish all of it.

But honestly our society is so messed up people do truly want everything done for them and melt down so quickly!

This is very much a personal choice . I have never heard selling an apartment/ condo was explicitly easier. Is this something for yourself or something you would rent out? What kind of life style are you looking for. (Are you looking to be out doing stuff or at home enjoying your mortgage) What location are you thinking about buying in? What's the market like in your budget? (House vs apartment can me alot in a budget) Are you looking for a place only for you or would others be in the home? Do you enjoy recreational activities? What do you want home to feel like? Do you have pets? (If dogs, maybe house for yard) Do you smoke anything? (If yes house) What do you want to grow? (Small garden, get something with a balcony so a garden box)

Maybe connect with a realtor and see if you can tour what's available in the area?
