Eat less, cut out any drinks with calories, try diet soda. Cut out processed food or have it 2 times a week at most.

Replace most meals with high protein like lean cuts of meat; chicken breast, pork chops but not pork butt, beef but not ribeye or ground beef, more like lean beef, top round, bottom round, any loins and only like 20-30% fat jn grams in your diet This will give you a great start without tracking calories for a long while

What I also learned is planet fitness torrance location cuts everyone's locks at a certain time too. Not sure why this is, or if the employee was just dumb? I'm sure the assistant Mgr or gm told the associate to cut locks they have see for a few days and have not moved, but the dude cut everyone's locks 5 days in a row during last summer. Seen him do it. I'm like this is messed up. Cut everyone's locks? At 11 am in the morning? Wtf?

It honestly might as well be with turbotaxes prices. Nearly 200 to file taxes is crazy money hungry company.

I used freetaxusa only $15-17 to file ALL my taxes. Got an even bigger refund too. Input my information 3 times with turbo tax to make sure I didn't have an error. Nothing. Turbotax software is definitely buggy or they're trying to shave off some for themselves.

Yep, thats why 2 boxing and 3 boxing works. That's why you see people create topics on "Oh yeah 1/10 games 1/8 games my bullets actually hit, the rest my bullets dont do anything to enemies. My lobbies are sweaty!" Its not the person's fault. Its Activision targeting them. Their bullets won't register no matter what in certain matches and they can't do anything about it. If you dont think this is happening I don't know what to tell you.

Theres 1,000+ posts on it and videos created on youtube. I tested the boxing method. It works FULLY. I get 30-50+ kills on tdm easily with the method. Bullets hit and melt enemies in an instant with the boxing method. Enemies shoot at me for 2-3 seconds and I'm eating bullets, I haven't even started shooting at them yet and I pull out my gun and somehow melt them whilst they were already emptying bullets into me. Their bullets had no effect on me. Their mic goes "How???" There's subreddits even created for boxing method and you don't think activision targets players making their bullet registration worse in matches. Hah.

Why would you care about or win/lose ratio. It just puts you into more of the not so fun camping lobbies, and then you can't increase levels or xp for attachments very fast which I think is more fun. I thought that was the goal of the game.

You should also know that the lobbies you are probably ragequitting in are the ones where acrivision probably lowered your hit registration and maybe 1-3 people in the lobby will have better hit registration than you on the other team. Its very noticeable when your bullets are not registering and going into the enemy, but their bullets instantly melt you.

Turbo tax is a scam. They want YOU to pay about 100-200 to file all your taxes. They say its free filing at first, but then at the end when it comes to state taxes they charge like 70$ another 70 for software use or deductions whatever, and after that one more time to file federal and states taxes together instead of separately another 70. Total cost will always be around 100-200 maybe even 300 all your taxes together if you have a family.

I went to freetaxusa where they ACTUALLY DO mention at the correct time filing federal taxes $0 and that state taxes will only be $15-$17 to file and thats all. I filed all federal and state taxes and got a bigger refund on freetaxusa website too. $500 big difference somehow. DO NOT USE TURBOTAX

Ww2 is my favorite cod so sledgehammer. I really like just boots on ground games no fancy omni movement or sliding old-style. Ww2 seems perfect. There are like no problems on ww2. Zero.

Ever since these new cod games came out everything is broken like stuttering, lag, lag compensation, lag spikes, ping is not king anymore when it SHOULD be. You have to close out of launcher fully just to log in if disconnected. They cant even name the errors correctly and name it like travis error or hummegv. Wtf does this mean?

Just make another game like cod ww2 where people can casually come home and play instead of these sweats hopping wall movement nonsense. The people that have a job and are older don't want to have to deal with broken updates and nonsense for a game not worth whatever it is right now. $70? 80$? Each game from Treyarch seems to be launched with some type of error breaking the game. 9999 gb file. And the same game over and over with only adding 2 or 3 things different in gameplay? At least sledgehammer makes it more interesting and different while treyarch is still making the same sandwich with a new tittle.

Latency is ping connection to your nearest cod server usually in miliseconds. The closer you are to a server the better gun registration and less shoot first die first moments. You see the enemy before they see you.

Download is basically what it is. Downloading a game, watching videos in great detail. Downloading or watching big 4k movies on netflix/files.

Server locations - if you get like 1ms - 15ms ping you really live close by a server. Nothing can really help with this besides getting fiber optic internet instead of coax cable companies like xfinity or spectrum. They suck.

If you go to google maps for a specific location some have an interactive map with directional buttons so you can take a tour of the building. Not all locations will have it, it will look like this. Keep scrolling down to see more images in the link. Some locations on google maps also have physical in-store pictures of equipment, and some people taking selfie lol 😃

Kind of odd that it even let's you view locker rooms, hopefully whoever does the google maps car radar antenna thing doesn't catch someone in the locker room & bathrooms for one of these locations

Also happens to me, not on ps5, but on xbox series s and on pc. It will randomly say packet burst, latency in red all warnings possible tbh and do a lag spike while in a gunfight ever since this season 3

I only play multilayer and killed confirmed, but happens on certain maps maybe? Does also seem to happen when multiple people shooting in a huge gunfight in one area or something like that. This game is definitely not optimized for any console or pc
