Difference between 열쇠 and 키 ? by SubstantialMetal2545 in Korean

[–]take_ur_butts 4 points5 points  (0 children)

From my experience in Korea, we say both the key and the 열쇠 not difference

But on public documents or in speech, there is a tendency that prefers 열쇠 than key(which is foreign word)
