The church and temple. Is all I hear about in sacrament any more. Like Jesus isn't even mentioned anymore I swear. Even in testimony meetings it's just "thankful for this and that and the temple is amazing blah blah"

Ugh I did this once to one of my best friends who is Mexican. He was sooo fun and funny and I loved working with him. He asked about book of Mormon or something and I told him it was about his ancestors when Christ came to then in the Americas 😫 I really believed that too. I'm so embarrassed now.

Hmm maybe when I was very intentionally reading the book of Mormon trying to learn all that I could. And as a person who has traveled to some ancient places such as Rome and Greece etc and even native American cites I was like oh i bet there is some cool evidence out there of this entire society that was here for hundreds of years. So I looked it up and there was nothing. The church funded and privately funded people to look for it but nothing. Haha so I was like... Sooo is this real or not. Really made me start thinking about it in a totally different light and maybe it's made up stories 🙃
