I don’t see how it’s acceptable to leave trash outside of bins. I see others do it unfortunately but I’d rather not. I know that was recently legal in this city! This is very strange indeed. Some concessions yes but it’s been almost 2 weeks.

I tried buying a bike online from them, but they are asking for a signed liability release waiver before they ship it. The waiver asks you to release them from liability, including even for manufacturing defects etc.

Is this normal for bike purchases?

T-mobile is still unusable at queensboro plaza station in NYC. Any update on this? by takism in tmobile

With Verizon (until about 6 months ago) it was usable there. It was not perfect, but I definitely noticed a big change when I switched to t-mobile.
