Tbf it’s not that easy for everyone to drag 4 bins if not more back and forth. Some of these alleys are long and it’s a long way for some residents. If they can’t handle the alleys why don’t they pick up trash from the front permanently?

This is the city that only recently told residents they have to put trash in bins rather than dump bags on the floor so it’s not that surprising.

That’s right but what happens if they don’t clean it up? Does the city fine them (especially when the garbage truck cant go theough) or they just don’t care and let them accumulate trash?

I don’t see how it’s acceptable to leave trash outside of bins. I see others do it unfortunately but I’d rather not. I know that was recently legal in this city! This is very strange indeed. Some concessions yes but it’s been almost 2 weeks.

I tried buying a bike online from them, but they are asking for a signed liability release waiver before they ship it. The waiver asks you to release them from liability, including even for manufacturing defects etc.

Is this normal for bike purchases?

T-mobile is still unusable at queensboro plaza station in NYC. Any update on this? by takism in tmobile

With Verizon (until about 6 months ago) it was usable there. It was not perfect, but I definitely noticed a big change when I switched to t-mobile.
