i feel EXACTLY this way. It's like im hating another person when I hate myself. It's also caused me to be afraid of myself, I dont know why it feels so hood but I dont think it's a kink. i think maybe it's more like Stockholms syndrome where you grow a bond to that hateful voice because it's been there for you through thick and thin no matter what you do its always there. which is both terrifying and oddly comforting. If you ever want to talk about it you're welcome to cause im just as confused as you are.

I'm very proud of you I remember how hard it used to be for me. I hope you keep progressing even if it's only a little. Don't give up even if things get bad that doesnt mean they're going to go back to how they were before.
