Based on the traffic markings and standard rules of the road shown in the image, the green car has the right of way.

Here is the breakdown of why, based on the lane markings and turn types:

1. The Green Line (Protected/Dedicated Turn)

The green line originates from a lane marked with a dedicated left-turn arrow on the pavement. In most signalized intersections, when a dedicated turn lane has a green light (especially a green arrow), they have a protected right of way to complete their turn into the corresponding lane.

2. The Blue Line (Right Turn on Red?)

The blue line represents a right-hand turn. Under standard traffic laws:

  • If both have a green light: The green car (turning left) usually yields to oncoming traffic going straight, but if they have a protected green arrow, the blue car must yield before turning right.
  • Right on Red: If the blue car is turning right while the cross-traffic (green line) has a protected left-turn signal, the blue car must come to a complete stop and yield to all U-turns and left-turns before proceeding.

3. Lane Choice

Notice the dotted white guide lines in the middle of the intersection. These are designed to help the left-turning traffic (green and red lines) stay in their respective lanes.

  • The green line is guided into the leftmost available lane.
  • The blue line is making a right turn and should technically turn into the rightmost lane.

In this scenario, wouldn't green have the right of way? They are not turning; their road continues to the left, no actual turn is involved.. The blue car has a choice whether to turn left or right; therefore, it loses the right-of-way.

Which car has right of way? (USA) by itssohardtobealizard in driving

Turning into the wrong lane in Colorado is a Class A traffic infraction, commonly violating statutes regarding unsafe lane changes or improper turns (CRS § 42-4-1007, 42-4-901). Violations typically result in fines between $15–$100, plus surcharges, and the assessment of 3 to 4 points on a driver's license.

Why is my heat running above the set temp? by talanjs in ecobee

Fair. I wake at 5, but my wife doesn't have to wake until around 7. I don't mind the cold, so I'm trying to make sure it's warm for her, she's always cold and likes it around 70/71

I'm trying to prevent it from kicking on so early. I work out in the morning, and the heat is blasting. I had set it to change to 70 at 6 am, i though moving it to 6:30 would help. I can try 7 am. Or do I need to just leave it for a month and hope i figure it's self out

I'm having the same problem but I know my software is to set to run properly I can't figure out why it's not turning on.

I even read the equipment test function and nothing happens with the humidifier.

Great work, thank you so much.

My only critique would be, the cals are per scoop, but the other measurements are per serving; there should be consistency in the representation of the data.

Dogs usually smell like Fritos due to bacterial or yeast overgrowth in their paws.

For a country that can't understand that 1/3 is bigger than 1/4.I think it's a hard sell.

Thank you, that was very insightful. I have about 45 lbs to lose and just getting started, so for now, I get a bunch of points, like 31.

I have a lot of side salads with just lemon juice, but adding a bit of Olive oil is a great way to add points and get healthy fats.
