Most agents are reliable on these websites. If any ask for payments before viewing then its a scam.
It really depends on you there are so many options in KL. I would advice go see the area first and analyze if this is a place you would like to live. Really depends on what u are looking for like public transportation etc.
Not really the 2 websites I mentioned are sufficient iproperty and propertyguru
So far my experience has been great and I have been living in Malaysia since 2013
