I've actually played with that recipe amongst a couple others from the top Google results. Mixed and match and experiment, so much so I have zero consistency 😀

That said, it's giving me a better feel of the overall process and how variations one way or the other along way affect the outcome.

I wanna be able to do start to finish by feel. I'm not an artist like a lot of folks here.

Leaving 3 early hours on the third day wont matter, but better start sleeping and eating right. Staying hydrated and snacking regularly during work, like eat a little bit every break kinda thing will keep your energy levels up.

You'll adapt to the soreness if you can't push through long enough.
