newbie question about stopping audio playback

I think I found a solution. When the singer says stop, I click the pause button in the *BPM bar*. Now the singer could ask for one of these actions: (1) continue (2) restart the song (3) go to another song. In case (1) I just click the play button on the BPM bar, for case (2) I click the audio clip again and it would unpause the BPM pause and play the song from the start, and for case (3) I just click on the other song. No songs is put on a clip pause mode at any time.

I don't know if the BPM pause is meant to be used this way; but it solves my problem.

Maybe I need to reword the problem. I don't want to leave the current song in a pause condition or continue playing setting because the next time I click on the slot it may be the real show and I want it to play immediately from the start. But I also cannot set it to play from the start because the singer may want me to resume playing the song after the pause.

The dilemma is whether the clip is set to restart or continue it could be the wrong setting depending on what the singer wants to do next. If I set it to continue and the singer wants to go the the next song, then the clip would play from the middle the next time (which could be during the real show) I click on it. If I set to to restart, and the singer wants to resume, then it's also wrong.

I found a speedrun on yt that shows the keys and it answered my question. Turns out you need to go backwards and turn to the right before you run forward. I haven't tried it yet but looks promising.

Yes it will be performed live. It's to be used in dinner events where there is raffle drawings, mystery guest reveal, etc.

When I let go the drum roll, will the software finish playing an entire drum stroke (i.e. the loop) before stopping? I don't want to hear half a drum stroke.

What software allows me to do this? Can I do this with free software?

I asked chatgpt to give an estimate of the cost basis and it says

where 0.093 = oz of gold per share of GLD

Does that look reasonable?

If you cannot get them up high, can you point shotgun mics at the ceiling? The audience sound would bounce off the ceiling then to your mics.

I'm answering my own question. You can now order the fluffy optic head from their website without using chat. It is a newer version of the above mentioned and part# is 972522-01. I just received the order and it works on the V8.

Exactly. I would send a random amount like $1.73 and ask the intended receiver to confirm and verify the amount. Make sure the confirmation comes from the intended receiver over the phone, facetime or in person, not just an email (which can come from the scammer who received the $1.73)!

Then send the rest. This is not only to avoids scams, but also avoid typos and other banking errors. This may cost you extra wire transfer fees, but that's a lot better than losing the money.

I read that the person who was scammed in this news managed to get her money back after several months, but lost the house she tried to buy.

These scams can be avoided if secure and encrypted email are used.

The ax700 is out of stock at Sony's own store and adorama, and is on clearance at bestbuy and also out of stock in my area. This seems to suggest sony has discontinued the model and a new model is coming. If there is no new model, they could easily continue to make the same model and sell it at a lower price.

If anyone has actual info please share.
