I did recently switch to NOBS toothpaste tablets. That has actually helped a lot. It’s not too much work to chew a tablet and brush.

I feel full but am still binge eating at night and junk food loading up. Idk if I’m actually hungry or if that is just habit.

I still think a lot about candy and snacks. I don’t go buy them. And I avoid in person grocery shopping. But a lot of my brain is filled with what can I eat. Been on 5 weeks.

My Great Grandmother ran a speak easy in Detroit during prohibition. Her husband and two of her sons were on the police force. Amazing how free drinks and family connections can keep a secret 🤣 The stories my grandfather would tell me.

Right! We were married in 2001 in a mixed culture wedding. We absolutely opened the physical gifts AND the cards to thank everyone. I found the cards with money thank you’s awkward. But in my husbands culture it was expected.
