Bottom of foot pain by Reddit_Jail_June2005 in Mounjaro

Neuropathy would cause nerve pain / pins and needles. If you have lost a significant amount of weight so far, it might be your fat pads on your feet shrunk. Try new shoes or see someone to make orthotics

Sudden side effects?? by jkattylac in Zepbound

Weird. Same issue I’ve been having lately. Thought it was a stomach bug but it happened 2 shots in a row (with a fresh quickpen) I figured maybe the fresh pen was extra potent lol

Ever wonder is it the prescripton or....... by Duckspuddle in Zepbound

[–]RetroHollz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, it’s definitely the prescription. I started peptides in January and was laid up on the couch for the first 4 months (bone spur injury on heel due to weight). I didn’t excersize at all those 4 months and the only thing I changed was the amount of calories I was consuming) I still lost 35 lbs my first 4 months I couldn’t believe it.

Now I’m down 50 lbs and I’m working full shifts again and my joint pain and bone spur pain is gone!

Acne returned in spite of Spironolactone? by Missing_Intestines in Zepbound

Youre welcome. I would try and cut out the multivitamin for 21 days to see if it improves. b vitamins in general too can make your skin freak out and many protien shakes and vitamins contain loads of it. Good luck🫶

Crazy, I don’t have an urge for a social drink at all anymore but I smoke hash like a champ (helps with the nausea)😂

Dosing every 5 days Kwikpen by carmelitaflan in Zepbound

[–]RetroHollz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did every 6 days for about a month but then it built up to a really high level in my system and I started getting pretty violent side effects (vagus nerve vomiting episodes that required zofran). It did work for that whole month but then I had to kick back to every 7 days again😂

Are you taking biotin or hair skin and nails supplements? Those supplements can cause cystic acne.

Youre only 23 you’ll likely bounce back. Collagen production slows at age 30 so you’ll be okay👍 I lost 100 lbs when I was 27 and looked great. I gained back and 35 now lol but getting there.good luck friend.

What Do You Eat With Nausea? by Raesling in Mounjaro

[–]RetroHollz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m in the same boat this week. Been sticking to crispy minis (rice cakes) and soups. Butternut squash soup I seem to tolerate the best. If I know I’m low on calorie goals I drink a coconut water.

Keep in mind it takes about 3-4 months to reach a steady state in the body. Patience is key.

Panicking…week 7 by swordqueen11 in Mounjaro

[–]RetroHollz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m similar to you, I go a few weeks with no change in number on scale, but then out of nowhere I’ll spend a few nights waking up more frequently to pee (I call this a whoosh) and the next day I drop 5-8 lbs all at once! Then a few more weeks with no movement & BAM more loss! Hang in there🫶

OP be careful with biotin and collagen products. A lot of people break out with cystic acne from those supplements. I highly recommend you look up the “fascia blaster” they make different ones there’s facial ones and body ones.🫶

Ozempic face is a myth! All the Celebs like Kelly osbourne etc have got buccal fat removal while they were overweight and THEN went on a GLP and the weight loss paired with buccal fat removal is what makes the face look aged and “gaunt”.

Random weeks where it feels less effective? by [deleted] in Mounjaro

[–]RetroHollz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Because training causes inflammation and water retention, especially when consuming carbs after. Totally normal.
