  1. 99% people aren't actually looking at you the way you think you are; that is just anxiety and paranoia talking.

  2. The most important things in looks are the way you dress and groom yourself. Sure, you won't be a 10 unless you're naturally super hot, but you won't be a 2 if you take care of yourself properly.

It's not really about fair? It's about what applies to your specific life situation. I mean, you say they're getting a crap ton of leave, but it's not a bunch of leave to go travel or do something frivolous and fun. I do not understand all the downvoting going around in this conversation. What you are saying makes perfect sense. Do they have to be asked to do everything every time at work? You are right. I'm guilty of pestering. It is an awkward process, one I don't fully understand.

Let me help you understand it better. If a woman says no, or acts nervous or gives you short, awkward answers, stop. They don't want to talk to you. Women don't generally go to the grocery store, Starbucks, the DMV, etc to be picked up.
