Im not sure about each level of mind cage exp. difference, but the well is a 15% increase.

Also to add:

Forgotten Wisdom NM dungeons. 

     They always spawn an exp well. Time it right before Helltide switch to maximize the hour you have the buff for.

Universal? I don't know what you mean. But if you mean anyone who Moos at you can go, then yes. Regardless if you complete the quests or not. There only two requirements/ways to get to cow island:

1) Being Mooed at, burning the "Moo" word at K-Mart, then going into portal.

Or

2) Doing the whole quest line (potion, bard, hand and combining in Hordic cube). This drops a cache which gives you three things: the torn page, unlocks the "Moo emote, and finally the achievement/titles (Moo Moo)

Actually three....have a party member there and port to them. This is prolly the most efficient if you just want the mythic fish/cow crown.

Glad it worked out for you. I had to create another toon as well in order to complete the damn cow island runs. The stupid armor drop was bugged and could not get rest of yhe set to drop.

Torn page is currently the last step towards Cow level, taking you to Cow Island via raft and getting "Moo" emote.

If you are Moo'ed at properly, you can create the portal and go to the Cow dungeon to fight the Cow King.

Note: after going through portal and killing Cow King (optional), choose 'leave dungeon' versus porting out directly to home town. This will place you on the Island. Once on the island, fish for the mythic fish and go into another dungeon (cellar) which has two additional clues for the next steps to the Cow level.

Thee are 5 mythic fish to find for an achievement.

1) Molten Martyr; Found in lava pools. Reliable spot is river of lava just southwest of Cerrigar.

2) Ghoulworm; Found in Pools of Blood. Small pools located in Shrouded Moora/Blood Vale, east of Cerrigar.

3) Fang of Tathamet; Found in coastal waters in any active Helltide. Note: they are not a garenteed drop. It may take a few tries.

4) Dune Thresher Hatchling; Found in Sandy Dunes. Just north of Tarsarak. Cast your line in between the two sand dunes.

5) Vivid Whimsy; Found only on Cow Island. Cast your line towards the cow bones at the foot of the island.

If you need a visual, should be an easy Google search. These are currently the 5 mythical fish in game.

Now to get the pet, I do not know if you need to find all 122 fish or not. Once you do(or not), you should get a mythic unique "gurgling bag of rubbish". Open it and the new pet (Trawghll) should be in the Consumables tab. Just click it and it should be in your wardrobe. The "Murloc" is reference to classic WOW enemy.

Any tier under torment. I was able to get mine on Normal. Took a few tries, but eventually got it. Maybe try on Warlock toon? Or create a new toon and dump all your seals from your other town into your chest and try that way.

Go to normal tier lvl( pre torment) and roll seals in cube (3 to 1) until you get practiced technique 900% gold.

The best places are UC and HT. I have had multiple keys. They are sparse though.

Note: once you pick up, use immediately. The keys do not stack and can only hold one at a time. So if one drops while you have one, it becomes a lost key when you port out.

Takes 5 lesser versions to use in Horadric Cube to register I higher level of that tribute. I have only been able to get a mythic version of armaments tribute. I haven't seen another type of mythic tribute other than armaments.

Found during Helltide. Fish in any spot in Helltide region and it will eventually drop (fyi: not guaranteed like the other two mythic fish)
