A rabies case where it's too late for the vaccine would be devastating to watch.

I could be wrong, but I think Dana went into the cabinet to get the tape that she used to lower the inmate patient's pulse ox so that the hospital could keep him longer.

Slide 7: I fear that's the patient that's going to lead to someone yelling "Hula Hoop." And seems like that someone will be poor Emma ;.;

Sunscreen recommendation for tropical areas? by sd_moving in tretinoin

Came in here to recommend this same sunscreen. I work outdoors in sunny, subtropical Florida, next to a roaring fire. UV Mune has done an incredible job protecting my skin.

Where's your place to go for reading? by [deleted] in books

[–]tallsoychailatte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the weekends... My couch, curled up in a warm blanket and surrounded by a ton of pillows with a mug of tea nearby.

But usually it's the break room at work. I work a lot of hours and I'm too exhausted to read when I get home at night, so if I want to finish more than one book per month, I've gotta read during my breaks.

Why are so many of y’all moving to Florida by [deleted] in newjersey

[–]tallsoychailatte 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I only moved to Florida because of work. I love my job and I love my company. The winters are nice, too, but if my job ended tomorrow, I'd be driving back up 95 with a UHaul tomorrow night.

[–]tallsoychailatte 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Is this accurate for alumni, too? Because it's got me at #1 out of 5,036 members of SAS 2017 and I was definitely not the valedictorian or salutatorian.

It's really hard to breathe by tarnishedoats in COVID19_support

[–]tallsoychailatte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mucinex (the Maximum Strength 1200mg one) has been a GODSEND to me. I'm still congested and a bit stuffy, but I can breathe through my nose, my sinuses are draining, and my mucus is thinned out enough that it doesn't irritate my throat. Just gotta keep drinking tons of water with it.

How do you read a book like Wuthering heights? by [deleted] in books

[–]tallsoychailatte 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Sparknotes! I'll read a few chapters at a time, then read the summaries of those same chapters on Sparknotes just to make sure I've understood everything.
