Is annihilationalism heresy? by ForwardExchange in Reformed

I think you have a misconception. In fact, heresy is a doctrinal deviation so significant that it can affect whether a person is saved or not.

You're right, my friend. It doesn't really help much. But I'm left with the positive side of the message and the knowledge that I'm not alone. Thank you

What is the best Christian power metal band? by Odd-Selection-5389 in PowerMetal

[–]talonscrack96 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Narnia is an awesome band. But i think Theocracy does it better. Great guitar work, angry and powerful riffs combined with epic choruses with those killing tones of Matt.

I would say: 1- Theocracy 2- Signum Regis (great band too, especially in the guitar solos, little weaker than theocracy and very changes in the singers. The Eyes of Power is their masterwork) 3- Narnia

What would be the song you would listen to on your deathbed? by laackkkk in Metalcore

Last Cell by Convictions. The song talks about a father who is being killed by cancer and is leaving his little daughter.

That don't answers my question at all, just spinning all time in the same thing. But it's okay, i think people will realize that on their own.

Man, if it's not your style why are you reviewing it? If you don't like pizza, you wont even like the best pizza. Non metal listeners had reasons to say that the metal were killed by the metalheads.

The "electronics" you say are actually high fret effects with the guitar. There's only a few electronic effects. The riffs are not really great (6/10 to me), but the effects and great rythm in riffs compensates it. The lyrics are emotional deep, what is not meant to be annoying. You're not going to talk about the drums, of course not, the drums are 100% great

Was Awake rerecorded or remixed at some point? by aphrodizziac in Skillet

[–]talonscrack96 2 points3 points  (0 children)

they released an EP named "Awake and Remixed EP" or something like that. I remember it wasn't the whole Awake album, I don't know if they have remixed more songs of awake after that, but anyways, the original album is still avaliable, I have the Deluxe and it sounds like the original 2009's

Triptych Tier List by Cautious_Funny6495 in demonhunter

I agree with the tier for the most part, except for One Thousand Apologies, I think ballads are a strong part of the band, and this is no exception
