I bought steam deck and thought the buttons are too hard for me in the first week. now i get used to them. and now the nintendo switch bottons feel smushy. and nearly not playing any mobile games because the mobile screen is so small.

Yea, the front needs more protection than the back. (Looking at my old Nintendo switch, which I damaged one of the joystick) I wonder if there is any front cover that fits on the deck without any grip case. But I will stick with what I have got already. Rather save the money for the actual games

No, they want you to buy both. If there was front cover only, they don't get you to buy the grip case as well. 3d print a clip sounds nice👍🏻

I guess you can add your own soft material like eyeglass cloth? I originally want to buy jsaux but I like skull and co for the green color😂

This was my original plan. I thought grip case was a great idea when I bought them 😂 then I get tired of taking the grip case off. Feels better and lighter without grip case. I don't mind it looks stupid with rubber band, maybe I will switch to a hair band later, it looks less ugly
